Shipping Policy

Unless package size or weight restrictions apply, orders are typically shipped via UPS. When necessary, USPS, FedEx, or a freight carrier may be used.

Expedited shipping options may be available upon request for an additional cost. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier, service selected at checkout, and destination. Carbon Tech Pro is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Freight & Large Shipments

Large or oversized items may be shipped via a freight carrier. Customers must inspect freight shipments at the time of delivery.

Any visible damage must be noted with the carrier before signing for the shipment. Failure to document damage at delivery may result in the carrier denying the claim. Signing without noting damage confirms the shipment was received in acceptable condition.
